El Caribeo offers home-cooking traditional Panamanian taste with a French Mediterranean touch.

We work in synergy between the kitchen, the garden and local farmers in order to create quality food using as much as possible fresh and organic products.

During your stay you will be able to visit our garden and plantations, chill with our animals, feed our funny chickens, observe the wildlife around and meet local fisherman and co-workers who always share their authentic experience and culture of Bocas del Toro archipelago.

Breakfast : 9$ / 8:00 to 9:30 am

Included with your room reservation.
Coffee, tea, milk, natural juice, fresh fruits salad, pancakes or toast with syrup or homemade jam. (Extra : ham and eggs).
All you need to start a wonderful day !

Lunch : 15$ / 12:00 to 2:00 pm

We offer different snacks as french wrap, croque-monsieur, quiche, pasta, gnocchis and fresh salads.

Dinner : 29$ / 7:00 to 9:30 pm

The daily menu varies according to the seasons and the inspiration of our Chef who always adapts to your diet.

- Appetizer: Start your tasting with guacamole, humus, ceviche, olive tapenade, veggies picks and other surprises !
We enjoy sharing a friendly aperitif with you at this time.

- Main course : You will be delighted with our home cooked specialties: Filet Mignon, Cordon Bleu, Local Fishes, Fresh Lobsters, Chicken-curry, Plantain banano, Lasagna, Potato Gratin, , Yucca and Dasheen, Fresh Vegetables and more...

- Dessert : Final sweet touch with Banana-Split, Rum-Baba, Coconut Flan, Brownie, Lemon Pie, Chocolate Mousse...
Can be accompanied with coffee, digestive shot or hot water infusion to enjoy a beautiful night under the Caribbean sky.

All our meals are also served with homemade bread.
